ENGN by Evlution Nutrition Supplement

ENGN Pre-Workout by Evlution Nutrition Review

In this ENGN Pre-Workout by Evlution Nutrition Review, we’re going to look at a product that’s a caffeine-free alternative to other pre-workouts in the industry.

The manufacturer is pretty obscure and not many people know of it, but it has already made a good number of decent products that are worthy of people’s attention and money.

In a sea of products that rely too much on Caffeine, having a stimulant-free and caffeine-free alternative is a nice breath of fresh air.

But does the rest of the product stand up to its lack of Caffeine? We’ll take a look at the ingredients and see!

Overview of ENGN Pre-Workout by Evlution Nutrition

ENGN Pre-Workout by Evlution Nutrition claims to provide its users with intense energy, maximum focus, amplified pumps and explosive power.

We’re going to look at the ingredients and see if these claims make sense!

The Ingredient List

ENGN by Evlution Nutrition Caffeine Free Ingredients List

The main thing that stands out is, quite obviously, the proprietary blend. We always frown on them since they make it impossible to know exactly how much of each ingredient you are getting.

This supplement contains a great Vitamin B Complex, including B3, B6, B9, and B12. Unfortunately, for the purposes of highly intensive exercise, B6 is under-dosed.

Beta-Alanine – One of the two main ingredients in this supplement. It enhances performance, overall exercise capacity, anaerobic and aerobic endurance, as well as muscle strength and growth. It’s an awesome ingredient but only included at a 1.6-gram dose.

The scientifically researched and proven gold standard dose for this compound is 3.2-6.4 grams per day. It means that it’s under-dosed.

Creatine – This supplement includes both the monohydrate form and the magnesium chelate form. There’s no way of knowing how much of each is present since it’s obscured by a blend, but it’s safe to say that no matter how much of each is in here, the dose is too low to be effective.

Creatine is one of the most researched supplement chemicals in the world, and most scientists agree that to get a reliable and palpable effect, you need to use at least 5 grams per day. Even though Magnesium Chelate Creatine is more effectively transported and absorbed into your muscles, it’s still provided at a dose that’s too low.

ENGN Mind-to-Muscle Matrix

It’s full of nootropics and other chemicals that boost brain function, focus, and mood.

Nothing really stands out, except that Agmatine Sulfate is SEVERELY under-dosed and effectively a “Label-Dressing”. This whole blend contains 2013mg of ingredients, and Agmatine studies made on humans show that for this substance to be effective, it has to be consumed at dosages over 2200mg.

I think we see a clear pattern here – most of the ingredients are under-dosed in this supplement.

Product Features – The PROs and CONs of ENGN Supplement

Now that we’ve talked about the ingredients, let’s see where things stand:

PROs:

  • Great taste
  • No caffeine
  • Affordable
  • Clean energy with no jitters
  • Perfect for beginners and casual gym-goers!

Yes, the taste, the price and the lack of caffeine is awesome. We love these upsides!

CONs:

  • Contains sucralose (Splenda) and silica
  • Manufacturer provides no guarantees
  • Manufacturer is not well-known
  • Product not as strong as competitors
  • Under-dosed ingredients
  • Weak Ingredient Profile
  • Proprietary Blend

Proprietary blends almost always suck.

The fact that most of the ingredients are under-dosed isn’t great.

Our Evaluation of ENGN Pre-Workout by Evlution Nutrition

This supplement is absolutely incredible for beginners, intermediate users, and casual-level gym-goers if taken at a double scoop.

If taken normally, it is under-dosed, ineffective and weak.

We can’t recommend it at all for serious bodybuilders or professional athletes – we can only recommend it for someone who’s new to working out and wants a very mild and not overwhelming product to start with.

For anyone serious about their training, our personal recommendation would instead be a product like Transparent Labs PreSeries BULK Review.

Conclusion

As a caffeine-free alternative that doesn’t induce any jitters and provides with clean energy – it’s great. Just don’t expect it to provide you with massive results.

It’s ideal for beginners, but absolutely useless for professionals or serious athletes, as they would require a much stronger and efficient product.
